Job Opportunity

This role is ideal for a technology enthusiast who wants to gain hands-on experience in delivering high-quality support to clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain Microsoft Windows Server environments, including initial setup, software updates, and security patch deployment
  • Configure and support Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud environments
  • Provide technical assistance across a range of user and infrastructure issues
  • Set up, monitor, and maintain VMware virtual machines and Veeam backup systems
  • Conduct regular system cleanups and monthly backup recovery tests
  • Support project delivery alongside senior technical staff
Key Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar IT support or consulting role
  • Solid knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure
  • Exposure to VMware, Veeam, and Sophos firewalls is highly regarded
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A passion for learning and growing within a fast-paced MSP environment
