About the Role

As a Full Stack Software Engineer at Rokt, you'll design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services that power our web and mobile applications.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to craft efficient, high-performance code using Python and implement best practices for security, scalability, and operational efficiency.

Your expertise in cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and orchestration tools will contribute to the seamless deployment and maintenance of our backend infrastructure.

  • Create high-quality, maintainable code in Python.
  • Design and develop highly scalable backend services for RESTful or GraphQL APIs to serve web and mobile applications.
  • Understand cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform and experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and implement scalable solutions.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, document technical designs, and present ideas clearly.

Requirements

We're looking for a skilled Backend Software Engineer with:

  • 5+ years of experience in designing, building, and operating modern distributed systems.
  • Extensive experience working with cloud-based applications, containerization, and orchestration tools.
  • System architecture design experience and understanding of space/time complexity, API contract design.
  • Good understanding of distributed and scalable systems.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced teams and communicate effectively remotely.
