About the Role

As a key member of our ecommerce team, you will play a pivotal part in driving innovation, ensuring seamless system integration, and delivering impactful business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage platform and payment system integrations, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with engineering, software development, and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance system performance and user experience.
  • Act as the key point of contact between technical and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives.
  • Develop and maintain roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives based on business value and feasibility.
  • Ensure all solutions meet high technical and commercial standards, delivering measurable business impact.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong technical background, preferably with experience in engineering or software development.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing platform integrations and working within cross-platform environments.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, commercial, and strategic manner.
  • Adept at problem-solving, prioritizing, and driving projects to completion within tight deadlines.
  • Experience in continuous improvement processes and methodologies.
