Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer all regular and recurring resource processes in the Enterprise Delivery practice, including onboarding, offboarding, and change requests, building access, workstation arrangement, laptops, telephony, and remote assistance.
  • Lead a weekly resource meeting with the team, ensuring completion of action items following the meeting.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including raising job requisitions, screening applicant resumes, recommending candidate shortlists, and scheduling interviews as required.
  • Manage contract, timesheet, and chargeback administration, ensuring People Metrics data is accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain Project and Organisational charts, resource master data, and ensure Suncorp Intranet directory, SharePoint Directories, and People Portal are current and up to date.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' administration support/HR experience in a busy corporate environment is essential.
  • Experience with recruitment coordination, resume evaluation, and candidate shortlisting is required.
  • Knowledge of the Financial Services industry is highly regarded.
  • Strong organisational, planning, and administrative skills, with the ability to show initiative, are essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities, are required.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, with strong Excel skills, are essential; PPM knowledge is desirable.
