About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Project Resource Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in managing allocations and scheduling for QLD concrete placing & construction projects.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling and allocating resources in accordance with project requests and requirements
- Liaising with project teams to ensure daily work resourcing and requirements are met
- Liaising with the workforce to ensure understanding of daily work requirements
- Capturing, recording and cost allocation of all labour, internal plant, equipment, materials and other purchases
- Completing compliance documentation
Requirements
- Experience in scheduling, allocations or logistics
- Administration experience in building or construction environment
- Familiarity with Jobpac system or other scheduling platform experience
- Strong coordination, analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to build strong and meaningful relationships remotely through active communication and interpersonal skills
