Your Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and allocating resources in accordance with project requests and requirements
  • Liaising with project teams to ensure daily work resourcing and requirements are met
  • Liaising with the workforce to ensure understanding of daily work requirements
  • Capturing, recording and cost allocation of all labour, internal plant, equipment, materials and other purchases
  • Completing compliance documentation

Requirements

  • Experience in scheduling, allocations or logistics
  • Administration experience in building or construction environment
  • Familiarity with Jobpac system or other scheduling platform experience
  • Strong coordination, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to build strong and meaningful relationships remotely through active communication and interpersonal skills
