About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Coordinator to join our team at Zeno Group. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and internal teams with administrative tasks, research, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service, including media kit preparation, collecting media coverage, and sharing meeting notes.
  • Participate in internal client team brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of new business pitches.
  • Implement and own a personal development plan, with a view to promotion to Account Executive.
  • Contribute to performance appraisal process for peers and managers, by providing appropriate feedback.
  • Ensure accurate recording of client hours and associated activities in timesheets.
