We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Support Worker.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to individuals in need.
- Reporting to the Centre Director, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the service.
- You will work closely with staff to complete routine tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and ensuring spaces are tidy and organized.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate empathy and understanding when interacting with clients.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- No experience specifically, however, experience in cleaning is preferred.
- A current Employee Working with Children Check / Working with Vulnerable Persons Check.
- Must be applicable for the State in which the service operates.
- The ability to demonstrate and authentically promote our values.
Demonstrated ability to provide safe environments for children and young people and protect them from abuse and neglect.
