The Opportunity

As our Senior Tender Writer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality, persuasive, and tailored proposals in response to RFIs and EOIs. Working closely with subject matter experts, such as operational leads, you will shape compelling narratives that help us secure contracts for a diverse range of industries.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end tender writing and coordination processes.

Translate complex operational and technical information into clear, concise and persuasive responses.

Tailor content to client requirements, evaluation criteria, and industry best practices.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather input and validate content.

Support the development of reusable content for the bid library.

Contribute to post-submission reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Bring

Proven experience in writing and coordinating tenders.

Exceptional written communication and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.

Strong commercial acumen and client-centric thinking.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
