In this role, you will collaborate with a dynamic team to drive sales revenue and market share targets for your specified region by providing exceptional technical and clinical support to implanters and healthcare professionals.

The cardiac business is one of the fastest-growing areas within our organization, helping patients worldwide who require heart valve replacement.

We offer minimally-invasive approaches to restore proper structure and function of the heart and its surrounding blood vessels. Our focus includes transcatheter replacement or repair of heart valves and placement of stent grafts to treat aneurysms and dissections.

A Day in the Life

This position has the responsibility to assist in achieving sales revenue and market share targets for a specified region by assisting regional managers with customer service and support, and practicing professional and effective territory management in terms of organization, technical expertise, administration, inventory management, and expense planning and control.

You will:

  • Work closely with regional managers to understand clinical and service needs of specific customers and provide highest level clinical service and technical support.
  • Support regional managers through aligned promotion and selling of defined products & services to key specialists and technical staff.
  • Collaborate with regional managers and broader team to actively participate in quarterly business reviews and business planning and execute on agreed actions.
  • Pro-actively meet with regional managers and other specialists in managing case coverage requirements for the region.
  • Support sales & marketing programs with specific complimentary activities as provided by the marketing team.
  • In consultation with regional managers and divisional staff, play a lead role with technical in-services, presentations, and training to specified customers.
  • Consistently set and meet quarterly performance goals.
  • Support regional managers with inventory control, including expedited delivery of stock to customers as needed.
  • Support study activities in conjunction with regional managers and the research team.
  • Evaluate field inventory effectively to ensure appropriate levels of inventory in each location relative to demand.
  • Perform cycle counts of all required field locations on time and follow up on any missing stock.
  • Retrieve expiring product from field locations and return to the warehouse prior to expiry.
  • All activities must be performed in compliance with local quality standards.
  • Perform duties in compliance with environmental, health, and safety related site rules, policies, or governmental regulations.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.
  • Travel requirement: less than 25%.
