About the Role:- Contribute to the management of patients with heart attacks, arrhythmias, acute heart failure, and other complex cardiac conditions.
- Develop advanced rhythm recognition and ECG interpretation skills required to safely care for patients on continuous cardiac monitoring.
- Engage in theoretical experiences, including specialty-tailored education days and exposure to acute interventions such as cardiac stenting and insertion of pacemakers.
Upon successful completion of this program, you will be well-positioned to pursue a Postgraduate Diploma of Nursing (Cardiac Stream) through La Trobe University.
Requirements:- Current registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia.
- At least 12 months of current acute nursing experience in medical/surgical nursing.
- Excellent clinical and organisational skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development.
