We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Supported Living Facilitator. In this role, you will work collaboratively with people with disabilities, their families, and support networks to achieve their goals and aspirations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a diverse team environment, and demonstrate flexibility and reliability.

  • Experience working in the Disability sector is desirable, but not essential. We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds who have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
