We are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team, working directly with clients to provide personal care, domestic assistance, and community access.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a focus on delivering person-centered care to people living with disabilities.

As a Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for organizing and implementing daily activities for our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Mental Health Disability Support Work, knowledge of restrictive practices, and complex behavior support experience.

In addition, you will need to hold relevant certifications, including NDIS workers screening check, Working with Children Check, First Aid and CPR certificate, and Australian driver's license.

Requirements:
