About the Role

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients from initial contact to installation completion, developing and maintaining strong relationships, ensuring delivery of all services in accordance with contractual and manufacturers' requirements.
  • Share knowledge, experience, and technical support with on-site employees, team members, contractors, and sub-contractors to ensure they provide services that meet project timelines, company policies, and customer expectations.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with company policies and procedures, completing all necessary paperwork in a timely manner. Maintain adherence to Work, Health & Safety legislations, regulations, and procedures, ensuring all stakeholders comply.
  • Assist the Managing Director in building out the service delivery team.

Requirements

  • Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent qualification.
  • Current RAC01 Refrigerant Handling Licence.
  • Construction Industry White Card (mandatory).
  • Tradesperson Certificate (highly regarded).
  • Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Skills & Experience

  • Possession of 3+ years of HVAC installation experience.
  • Able to distinguish between various HVAC equipment, with experience in servicing and maintaining different types and brands of HVAC units, and a strong mechanical aptitude.
  • A sound understanding of WHS systems and processes, with a safety-first approach to all work sites, ensuring risk assessments and safety adjustments are established.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, excellent problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Honest and reliable, self-motivated individual with the ability to follow instructions and work alone, as well as work effectively within a team, and display a professional company image.
  • Must be physically fit, able to work safely at heights when required, with the ability to climb, stoop, balance, crouch, crawl, and/or kneel continually.
  • Must be punctual and reliable, willing to provide a National Police Check.
