Experienced Windows Project Manager for Commercial Projects

Marble is seeking a highly skilled Windows and Facades Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex commercial window and facade projects from inception to completion.

Salary: AU$90,000 - AU$140,000 per annum

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of window and facade systems, materials, and installation techniques. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of window and facade systems, materials, and installation techniques.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Contract Administration: Manage contracts, procurement processes, and change orders.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project challenges and conflicts in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within the window and facade industry.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, must have experience with commercial and high-rise projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contract administration, and project scheduling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must have local experience
