Customer Service Representative Job Description

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, managing bookings, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage customer bookings and requests with efficiency and attention to detail ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) including conversion rates and customer retention through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Support organizational commitment to safety and sustainability initiatives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for delivering results-driven interactions.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent telephone and written communication abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple communication channels simultaneously.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
  • Experience using CRM systems and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • A collaborative attitude, with the ability to work effectively towards shared goals.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and sustainability practices.
