About the role:
The Assistant House Supervisor position offers a career advancement opportunity in residential care.
Key responsibilities include overseeing daily care of young people when the House Supervisor is not present, working closely with residential care workers and reporting to the House Supervisor or Residential Care Coordinator.
Applicants should have demonstrated experience within the residential care field, particularly in a therapeutic environment, and possess relevant qualifications such as a diploma.
This is a full-time opportunity based in Geelong, Victoria within our Out of Home Care Program.
Key Selection Criteria include knowledge of Aboriginal culture and values, relevant diploma with substantial experience, and ability to supervise and lead a team of residential care workers.
