At Stryker Australia Pty Ltd, we are seeking an Internal Controls Framework Lead to execute and develop our Internal Controls framework in line with SOX requirements. This role will enable effective and efficient operations, reliable financial reporting, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

About the Role

This is a dynamic position that requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As Internal Controls Framework Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Executing and developing the Internal Controls framework for Stryker South Pacific
  • Closely partnering with stakeholders to ensure control documentation is maintained, assertions performed, and findings related to Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting are assessed and reported appropriately
  • Leading a comprehensive SOX program and owning the SOX process documentation, including the Controls Matrix, process maps, and narratives for Stryker South Pacific
  • Facilitating risk assessment workshops to identify key risks within the business and working with process owners to implement relevant key and supporting mitigating controls

We are looking for an individual with 8-12 years of experience in internal audit or Big 4, knowledge of finance, operations, and information technology, and professional certification such as CA or CPA. You will also have strong attention to detail, ethics, and professionalism.
