Customer-Centric Research Expert

The role of a Research Insights Specialist is crucial in driving customer-centricity within an organization. As a central point of contact, you will leverage the Voice of Customer program to facilitate collaboration among team members and stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the operational aspects of the program, ensuring seamless onboarding and training of new users.
You will play a key role in identifying customer pain points and opportunities through data analysis and customer feedback. This information will be shared with relevant stakeholders to inform strategic decisions. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the Research Community, facilitating fast turnaround customer surveys, and providing insights that drive business growth.
As a specialist in research support, you will work closely with the research team to generate strategic insights. Your expertise in quantitative data analysis will enable you to triangulate data sources and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
This role requires a naturally curious individual who can work at pace, optimise processes, and enhance the way customer feedback is captured.
