We are seeking an experienced PEGA Consultant with a minimum of 8 years and up to 20 years of experience, holding Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement integration solutions tailored to specific business problems or project requirements
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert, Analyst, or Developer as needed
- Provide input, develop business system solutions, estimates, and specifications
- Assist in investigating potential solutions, liaise with technical experts, and contribute to solution design and costing
- Create comprehensive unit and system test plans and participate in or support testing phases
- Contribute to production support, including on-call responsibilities and support for major releases
- Support Hogan pre-production environments and package software for production release; experience with IBM Control-M, Unix environments, and shell scripts is beneficial
- Utilize Agile methodologies in your work

**Experience and Skills**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Pega systems development and related tools
- Experience in banking lending origination systems is beneficial
- Familiarity with the Hogan Banking platform, Hogan Umbrella Development Platform, CIS, ILP (if available)
- Experience in developing or supporting high-availability production systems
- IT experience in a large organization within the Financial Services industry
