Job Overview

The Operations Support Administrator will work closely with the service team and site management to provide support for tasks such as project portfolio management, reactive allocation, tracking, reporting, and escalation.

  • Collaborate with the finance and accounts team to review timesheets and prepare reports.
  • Coordinate planned maintenance and reactive maintenance across multiple services and contracts.
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy in asset records and maintenance history.
  • Operate the internal helpdesk line, answering calls and updating tasks as required.
  • Closing out work orders and performing necessary checks to move purchase orders to approved status.
  • Liaise with technicians daily to ensure service level agreement performance meets key performance indicator targets.

Additionally, this role involves ad-hoc administrative duties to support the team's activities.

Requirements
  • General knowledge of maintenance activities.
  • High level of computer skills, specifically within Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
