About This Opportunity

As a key member of our team, you will drive retail success across major partners in Australia and New Zealand.

Main Responsibilities
  • Retail Performance & Brand Alignment: Oversee the retail presence, manage sell-out performance, ensure flawless execution, and build a strong brand across all touchpoints.
  • Relationship Leadership: Serve as the day-to-day brand ambassador, building trusted relationships and delivering exceptional support to ensure brand alignment and shared growth.
  • 360° Account Management: Manage business holistically, owning forecasting, stock management, education, events, and commercial growth strategies.

Main Tasks

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners.
  • Create and execute annual business plans for each retailer.
  • Drive sell-out performance through effective merchandising, retail education, and marketing activations.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador at major conferences and events.
  • Owning retail training and event planning in collaboration with the Education Team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop accurate forecasts and manage inventory.
  • Lead regular business reviews with key retailers.
  • Manage registration requirements and prepare regular reports on performance.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3–5 years' experience in sales, account management, or retail management.
  • A proven track record of growing retail businesses and delivering against KPIs in Australia and/or New Zealand.
  • A strong understanding of the ANZ beauty retail landscape.
  • A confident and engaging presenter with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
  • A positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude.
