About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Nurse Manager to lead our nursing teams across multiple sites.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Leadership: Minimum 3 years in a managerial role within healthcare, with a track record of inspiring and developing teams.
  • Clinical Expertise: Registered Nurse (RN) with a deep understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices.
  • Nursing Specialism: Demonstrated expertise in Emergency Nursing, specialising in triage.
  • Additional Qualification: Highly desirable certificate in Nursing Management or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
