We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Nurse Manager to lead our nursing teams across multiple sites.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong nursing leader to shape service delivery, support nurse-led growth, and make a meaningful impact in community healthcare.
The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership and operational oversight to ensure safe, high-quality urgent care services.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead with Impact: Provide visionary leadership to Practice Managers and Nurse Leaders, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Drive Innovation: Introduce and support new nursing services and initiatives, be part of the leading team driving healthcare change for the future of all Australians.
- Strategy: Strategically assess the Region for nurse-led clinical business opportunities and develop implementation plans in collaboration with State Operational team.
- Influence Policy: Influence state-level planning and reviews, ensuring nursing services align with strategic objectives and regulatory standards.
- Cultivate Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with stakeholders like Primary Health Networks.
- Elevate Standards: Analyse data to drive continuous improvement, ensuring our nursing services achieve optimal clinical outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven Leadership: Minimum 3 years in a managerial role within healthcare, with a track record of inspiring and developing teams.
- Clinical Expertise: Registered Nurse (RN) with a deep understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Nursing Specialism: Demonstrated expertise in Emergency Nursing, specialising in triage.
- Additional Qualification: Highly desirable certificate in Nursing Management or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
