Job Title: Project Manager - Payment Solutions and Compliance in a Financial Services Setting

Location: Sydney, New South Wales

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to drive critical initiatives in payment facilitation, compliance, and risk assessment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute key projects such as Click to Pay implementation across products (CommWeb, BPOINT, PowerBoard) and oversee QkR CVP refresh, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Collaborate with product, technology, and security teams to develop network tokenization capabilities.
  • Coordinate Scheme Compliance Analysis (Project Chariot) and address any compliance requirements or audits, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
  • Risk and Compliance Engagement: Collaborate closely with risk, legal, and compliance teams to ensure product developments align with regulatory obligations and standards.
  • Strategic Planning and Uplift: Lead the PSP strategic review, focusing on enhancing the control environment to support the broader business strategy.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in project management or a related field, preferably in payments, compliance, or a financial services area.
  • Strong familiarity with payment solutions, compliance analysis, and strategic risk assessment.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
