Maternity Care Manager Position Overview
">This pivotal role requires an experienced Clinical Midwife to provide advanced, evidence-based midwifery care in alignment with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia Decision-Making Framework.
">The successful candidate will lead and support a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional, consumer-focused maternity care, maintaining a safe environment by overseeing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care practices.
">Facilitate professional development and training opportunities for midwives and nursing staff to enhance their competencies, actively engaging in quality improvement and research initiatives to elevate the standards of care within the unit.

Requirements:
