Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Liaison to join our team in Bella Vista, NSW. This role involves establishing and maintaining strong relationships with community representatives, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing participants, family members, support coordinators, and guardians.
  • Understand participants' needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and support.
  • Engage with existing participants to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and maintain open lines of communication.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and align with participant goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and meet client expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze key account metrics to track performance and identify trends.
  • Act as a client advocate within the organization, effectively communicating and addressing client needs, feedback, and concerns.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to management regarding needs and improvements related to accommodation and care.
  • Prepare regular reports on participant performance, highlighting key metrics and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain strong communication with the State Manager, Community Engagement Manager, and Service Manager to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with external stakeholders, including existing participants, family members, Support Coordinators, Local Area Coordinators, and government departments, to develop and implement community engagement and brand awareness strategies.
  • Identify, facilitate, and participate in community events and forums to effectively represent Cocoon Group Services as a service provider and attract new clients.
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NDIS worker screening clearance,
  • NDIS COVID-19 Certification,
  • Proof of full vaccination,
  • A valid driver's license,
  • A Working with Children Check,
  • The NDIS Worker Orientation certificate completed.
Academic & Professional Qualifications

You will need:

  • A minimum Certificate IV in Disability or Community Services or higher,
  • A Business Administration qualification (desired).
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is AU$65,000 - AU$85,000, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including professional development opportunities.
