About the Role

As a Business Development Representative at HubSpot, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the ANZ market. You will be equipped with the tools, training, and support to succeed in this challenging and rewarding role.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume prospecting to generate qualified leads, with a focus on building strong relationships with potential customers.
  • Work closely with Account Executives and Sales Representatives to develop and implement effective prospecting strategies and plans.
  • Collaborate with the sales management and marketing teams to ensure the quality and quantity of discovery calls.
  • Schedule discovery calls for assigned Account Executives and Sales Representatives.
  • Conduct needs assessments calls with specific prospects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a high-volume and outbound sales role.
  • A track record of high achievement and a desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.
  • The ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection on a daily basis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with peers who challenge you to be better.
  • The technical aptitude to master our sales tools and a naturally curious mindset.
