**Senior Building Services Executive**: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Building Services Executive to lead our team.

As a key member of our Property and Buildings division, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a dynamic team of engineering and drafting professionals
  • Developing long-lasting client relationships and identifying opportunities for business growth
  • Offering technical expertise on multi-disciplinary projects
  • Ensuring the delivery of best practices and optimal outcomes for clients
  • Mentoring engineers within the team and providing guidance on technical aspects and soft skills

**Requirements**: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • An established track record in delivering multidisciplinary projects and managing/building relationships in the private and public sector
  • Proficiency in various Building Services disciplines
  • A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Engineering, or an equivalent field
  • Professional Engineer qualifications and/or Engineers Australia chartership
  • Knowledge of project finance and commercial aspects
