Main Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including tenders and contracts.
  • Provide legal guidance on new business opportunities and customer transactions.
  • Ensure legal risk management aligns with internal policy.
  • Support resolution of contractual issues or disputes, including interpretation and compliance.
Required Expertise
  • Up to 7 years experience in a commercial legal role, preferably in-house in a technology or professional services organization.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, commercial negotiation, and legal risk management.
  • Familiarity with IT contracting, outsourcing, or system integration agreements is beneficial.
