**Job Title:** Print and Communications Coordinator

About the Role

This is a part-time, fixed-term opportunity for a Print and Communications Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the briefing, design and distribution of hardcopy and online publications for key business stakeholders and the general public.

Key Responsibilities
  • Publication Management: Coordinate the design, printing and distribution functions with WorkSafe's publications/stationary/forms.
  • Collaboration with Clients: Contribute expertise in collaboration with WorkSafe internal clients to help produce communications and/or marketing materials.
  • Supplier Relationships: Coordinate the contract, fee scheduling and relationships of key suppliers that specialise in design, print production, display and distribution.
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate the internal distribution of stock items and ensure that warehouse inventory stock levels are efficiently maintained at all times.
Requirements
  • Marketing and Communications Administration: Experience in marketing and/or communications administration with outstanding client liaison skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Great attention to detail, strong time management skills and a demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Numerical and Analytical Skills: Numerical and analytical skills, as well as an ability to problem solve and resolve issues.
  • Experience with Brand Guidelines: Experience working with brand style guidelines (desired).
