About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Delivery Coordinator to join our team at Westpac Group. As a key member of our Consumer Capability Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely delivery of capability and talent initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the processing of invoices, monitoring expenses, and managing vendor contracts.
  • Liaise with finance teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial data.
  • Maintain team knowledge repositories, including playbooks, procedures, and project documentation.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, progress, and potential risks.
  • Provide general administrative support, including expense claims, scheduling meetings, coordinating team communications, and maintaining databases.
  • Coordinate program timelines to ensure timely delivery of capability and talent initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth program operations and logistics.
  • Oversee the curation and management of digital learning content, ensuring consistency and management of risk.
  • Coordinate logistics for learning events and internal capability campaigns.
