Our organization is seeking a strategic People and Culture Business Partner to join our team. This role will involve partnering with various divisions across the organization to drive employee experience strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a degree or qualification in Human Resources, as well as 2+ years of HR business partnering experience. Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or food production is highly desirable.
This role offers a fantastic development opportunity and the chance to make a real impact on our organization's culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new conceptual frameworks and systems to support Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Talent Management
- Collaborate with senior leaders to deliver business and organizational strategies
- Foster a positive climate for an engaged, diverse, and inclusive workforce
- Ensure continual upskilling and education of supervisors and managers
- Participate and/or manage People and Culture Projects to support organizational strategic goals
Requirements:
- Agile mindset, problem solver, and solution-driven
- Experience with working with multiple stakeholders
