We are transforming education by seeking a fearless leader to manage People and Culture. This is not an administrative HR role, but rather a strategic Performance Management position for P&C professionals who crave innovation and change.

Our approach includes weekly small-group tutoring sessions at our campuses, delivered by experienced tutors who teach in a simple and engaging manner. These sessions are supplemented with workshops, one-on-one support, and a digital portal of resources and practice material to help students master their subjects.

The Role

  • \
  • Performance Management: Develop frameworks that hold leaders accountable (goals, feedback, reviews, PIPs). No room for passengers.\
  • People Operations: Automate, streamline, and innovate using tools like Rippling.\
  • Talent Engine: Run recruitment like a high-performance sales funnel, managing mass tutor campaigns to executive hires.\
  • Culture: Embed rituals that stick, run eNPS, close the loop, and keep leaders accountable for the culture they create.\
  • ER & Compliance: Provide clean, fair, fast resolution without delay.\
  • Data & Insights: Offer dashboards, trends, and clarity, focusing on real metrics leaders need.\

What You'll Bring:

  • \
  • 5+ years in People & Culture / People Ops leadership, scaling teams and systems.\
  • Performance management expertise, including frameworks, reviews, PIPs, and leader enablement.\
  • Strong ER/IR and Fair Work knowledge, keeping processes compliant and fair.\
  • Talent acquisition systems experience, high-volume + strategic hiring, playbooks, scorecards, funnels.\
  • HRIS/automation capability, ideally Rippling (or equivalent), removing admin noise.\
  • Data literacy, dashboards, workforce insights, and trend analysis driving real decisions.\
