We seek an experienced Strategic HR Leader to set strategic direction across multiple countries, leading a global team and collaborating with regional leaders to align with business goals.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global HR strategies supporting company mission, considering regional differences.
- Lead and mentor regional HR leaders for consistent policy and program implementation.
- Oversee performance management, employee development, talent planning, and HR system integration.
- Enhance employee engagement through quarterly initiatives and measure their effectiveness.
- Update policies and contracts to reflect legal changes, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Analyze survey data to develop action plans.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and data privacy standards.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and legal compliance.
- Collaborate on compensation and benefits aligned with company growth.
- Monitor HR metrics and recommend improvements.
Tertiary qualifications in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields.
8+ years in senior HR management supporting leadership teams.
Proven ability to handle complex business and cultural challenges.
Experience in designing and executing people strategies, including organizational design, change management, and employee engagement.
Strong policy development and legal knowledge.
Operational and budget management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Leadership style that is engaging and collaborative.
Ability to work independently and influence across levels.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
