About the Role

Randstad is partnering with a global leader in manufacturing and distribution to find a strategic professional to join their finance team as the Commercial Finance Manager for Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial planning and analysis, cash flow management, and provide business partnering support to improve performance across operations, sales, and marketing.
  • Oversee financial operations across ANZ, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
  • Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with sales, operations, and marketing teams to evaluate commercial opportunities and improve profitability.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify cost-saving initiatives and areas for operational improvement.
Ideal Candidate
  • CA/CPA qualified, coupled with 5+ years industry experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to engage and influence both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across departments.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines.
