As an OSHC Coordinator, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our vibrant and well-resourced service. Your expertise in creating engaging and high-quality programs will inspire and nurture every child's potential.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of educators to deliver a safe, inclusive, and child-led program
  • Developing and embedding behaviour support strategies in partnership with families and professionals
  • Ensuring excellence in compliance, program delivery, and continuous improvement under the National Quality Framework
  • Building strong relationships with school leadership, families, and the wider community

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who:

  • Has a Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent
  • Hold a current Working with Children Check and other necessary certifications
  • Has previous experience in OSHC or early childhood settings
  • Can lead and motivate a team of educators
