Job Opportunity

As a Social Worker at our organization, you will be part of a team that provides client-centred care to adults experiencing dual diagnoses of substance use and mental health issues.

This is a 64 hours per fortnight position working Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide case management services to clients with dual diagnoses.
  • Make linkages for clients in the rehabilitation centre to ensure they receive appropriate services on discharge.
