  • Provide high-quality consumer-directed care to clients/patients within statutory requirements.">
  • Recruit, train, and quality control carers and related systems/processes.">
  • Coordinate all allocated client/participant activities within the service.">
  • Manage inside sales enquiries and develop relationships with clients/patients and their families.">

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Dealing with a range of disabled, seniors, and vulnerable customers/families on a daily basis.">
  • Serves as liaison between referral sources, families, carers, and administrative staff members.">
  • Ensure all client/participant contact is managed in an empathetic, friendly, interested, and patient manner.">
  • Use superior interpersonal communication skills to deliver genuinely respectful client engagement.">
  • Provides client/patient and family education on available services.">
  • Monitors the quality of client/patient care.">
  • Engages in studies/investigations related to improving personal/nursing care.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support/Community Care (or higher qualification).">
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (Aged Care, Management) desirable.">
  • Knowledge of aged care industry/issues or community in-home care, continuous quality improvement, aged care principles, and community care common standards essential.">
