Healthcare Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled leader to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading our front office team and overseeing day-to-day operations.

About the Role

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of medical secretaries, coordinating patient flow, and ensuring high standards of patient service. You will also be responsible for medical secretarial duties, including private account billing and Medicare/DVA billing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support our administration team
  • Oversee day-to-day front desk operations and patient flow ensuring high standards of patient service
  • Medical Secretarial duties including private account billing, Medicare and DVA billing
  • Manage rosters and staff training and development
  • Fostering professional working relationships with team members, patients and medical staff
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Min 3 years Senior Medical Secretarial experience
  • Staff management experience including training and rostering
  • Sound knowledge of medical software preferably Genie and proficient computer skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft programs
  • A willingness to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
