Multidisciplinary Clinician

We are seeking an experienced clinician to join our multidisciplinary team in the Wide Bay region.
About the Role:- As a member of our team, you will deliver clinical services to stakeholders/citizens of Queensland Health, providing clinical and case management support to older adults. You will foster a holistic approach to recovery and wellbeing by coordinating with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders within the older persons environment.
- You will provide expert clinical and patient-centered care within Community Mental Health by supporting the facilitation and provision of quality and cost-effective nursing services aligned with contemporary standards and evidence-informed practice.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
About Us:We are committed to delivering high-quality healthcare services that meet the needs of our community. We offer a competitive remuneration package, comprising salary rates between $39.87 - $58.60 per hour (HP3), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%), and annual leave loading (17.5%).
In addition to your salary, you will receive generous superannuation contributions, annual leave loading, flexible work arrangements, lower cost of living, professional development allowance, and professional development leave.
