Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective residents, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents and their families, providing personalized support and guidance.
- Act as the first point of contact for inquiries, providing information about our retirement living options and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct tours and provide personalized consultations to prospective residents, highlighting the benefits and features of our retirement living solutions.
- Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions for new residents and providing ongoing support to ensure their needs are met.
- Address and resolve resident concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner, working closely with internal teams to ensure the highest level of service and care.
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on market trends and competitors, providing insights and recommendations to enhance our retirement living solutions.
- Support the contract administration process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of contracts and other documentation.
- Previous experience in customer relationship management, sales, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in retirement living.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and their families.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
