Senior Dispute Resolution Officer

We are seeking a Senior Dispute Resolution Officer to provide expert advice and support to customers and their representatives in resolving disputes related to workers and motor accidents claims.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the relevant legislation and policy, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. They will be able to distil complex information, interpret legislation and policy, and arrive at evidenced-based conclusions.
The Senior Dispute Resolution Officer will be responsible for providing general advice to customers, assessing customer complaints, and facilitating fair solutions. They will also be required to draft comprehensive correspondence and act as an escalation point for Dispute Resolution Officers.

About the TeamThe Solutions Group is responsible for providing expert advice and finding solutions to complaints from customers across the workers and motor accidents (CTP) compensation schemes in NSW. The team consists of Dispute Resolution and Senior Dispute Resolution Officers supported by a leadership team.
The Principal Lawyer Dispute Resolution guides staff in interpreting and applying legislation and manages early intervention dispute cases.

You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, distil complex information, and interpret legislation and policy to arrive at evidenced-based conclusions.
