Job Title: Community Leader for Student Wellbeing

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Community Leader to join our College Leadership Team. As a key member of our wellbeing community, you will play a critical role in fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment that empowers each student to thrive and develop a strong sense of self-worth, resilience, and belonging.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead initiatives that foster positive relationships, student engagement, and improve learning outcomes for each student.
  • Work closely with the Deputy Principal: Wellbeing and the Wellbeing Team to develop and implement effective wellbeing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and staff to ensure a collaborative and supportive community.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote student wellbeing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Be a registered teacher with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
  • Have a commitment to Catholic Education and the Catholic Identity.
  • Demonstrate and articulate the college values of Community, Learning for Life, Human Flourishing, Faithfulness, and Partnership.
