Senior Site Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to join our team in designing and implementing robust infrastructure that scales with global usage.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving reliability improvements in partnership with product teams, including defining and tracking Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

In this role, you will be responsible for improving and extending our on-call practices, observability tooling, and incident response systems. Additionally, you will own our Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) architecture and deployment pipelines, optimizing for speed, safety, and team autonomy.

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will lead cross-functional initiatives to eliminate bottlenecks and proactively identify systemic risks. You will champion best practices across engineering for fault tolerance, security, and performance.

Requirements
  • 5+ years in an SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering role with deep understanding of distributed systems
  • Proven ability to scale systems in production environments, including experience with high-availability architectures
  • Expertise in monitoring, logging, and alerting systems and a sharp eye for what matters
  • Strong experience with CI/CD systems, containerisation, and cloud infrastructure
  • Familiarity with defining and managing SLOs and SLAs across complex systems
  • A collaborative, mentoring mindset — someone who thrives on unblocking and upskilling others
  • A strong sense of ownership and a bias toward continuous improvement
