Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Field Service Technician to join our team in Townsville. As a key member of our crew, you will travel to customer sites and workshops to work on VOLVO CE and SGLG products. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Booking work, dealing directly with customers, and performing required servicing and repairs on Top Brand Equipment in Townsville and surrounding areas
  • Troubleshooting electronic, engine, hydraulic, and transmission systems
  • Executing quality workmanship with a 'done right the first time' approach
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A proactive attitude toward safety
  • Relevant trade qualification; Volvo Construction Equipment experience is a plus
  • Experience with computer-based service diagnostic programs and parts catalogues
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers
  • A current driver's license, enabling travel to customer sites
