Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced Field Service Technician to join our team in Townsville. As a key member of our crew, you will travel to customer sites and workshops to work on VOLVO CE and SGLG products. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Booking work, dealing directly with customers, and performing required servicing and repairs on Top Brand Equipment in Townsville and surrounding areas
- Troubleshooting electronic, engine, hydraulic, and transmission systems
- Executing quality workmanship with a 'done right the first time' approach
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A proactive attitude toward safety
- Relevant trade qualification; Volvo Construction Equipment experience is a plus
- Experience with computer-based service diagnostic programs and parts catalogues
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- A current driver's license, enabling travel to customer sites
