Multi-Residential Project Contracts Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing subcontract packages, cost control, and client progress claims for a 3-stage multi-residential project in Hamilton.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and let subcontract packages
- Manage cost control for the project
- Prepare client progress claims
- Process subcontract progress claims
- Manage information flow with clients
- Review and manage variations and extensions of time
- Minimum five years' experience as a contracts administrator in Southeast Queensland
- Proactive attitude and willingness to adapt in a dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Tertiary qualification in construction management (highly desirable)
- Experience with project management software (Jobpac highly desirable)
- Morning team gym sessions
- Spontaneous social gatherings
- Team celebrations and building activities
- Onsite parking
- A motivated, social, and close-knit team with long tenure
