Job Description:

As a licensed customs broker, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the import and export of goods. You will work directly with clients, overseas offices, and government authorities to ensure timely and accurate customs clearances.

This role involves preparation of customs documentation, assessment of documents for clearance, and interaction with authorities through various platforms. You will also provide professional customer service, resolving queries for both clients and fellow brokers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating customs clearances and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Preparing and reviewing customs documentation
  • Assessing documents for clearance and interacting with authorities
  • Providing customer service and resolving technical queries
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We seek an experienced Australian licensed customs broker with strong knowledge of customs regulations and procedures. A strong attention to detail, ability to plan and work autonomously, and excellent communication skills are essential.

  • Australian Customs Brokers Licence
  • Excellent understanding of trade requirements and customs & tariff regulations
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to plan and work autonomously
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Excellent English language communication skills
