This role offers a unique opportunity to join our Sydney site as an experienced Customer Operations Leader. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a critical role in driving productivity and safety while creating an enjoyable workplace environment.

About the Role

This is an overnight position with shift times of 9PM - 5AM including required weekends. You will oversee shift KPIs with an emphasis on productivity and safety, ensuring all pieces are pulled together to deliver key outcomes.

  • Oversight of strategy implementation plan and drive 'On time and in full' objective across the business
  • Champion for safety and lead operational safety-first culture
  • Create and drive highly customer-focused culture across the site
  • Ensure adequate resourcing and productivity is in place to meet sales demand
  • Create and drive high-performance culture through communicating performance objectives, empowering direct reports and supporting team members to achieve their career and development goals
  • Collaborate and influence key stakeholders across central operations and transformation teams to ensure change strategy alignment

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of operational delivery and building successful teams, with relevant experience in supermarket operations or supply chain. You'll also need:

  • Strong leadership qualities including the right 'can do' attitude
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing environment, whilst ensuring key deliverables are met
  • Ability to utilise key financial data and operational metrics to drive performance improvements and outcomes
  • Clear vision of change strategy delivered with high degree of energy and passion

About the Salary

The estimated salary for this role is around $90,000 - $110,000 per year, based on national averages for similar positions in Australia.
