Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Business Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Hiring function, you will play a critical role in deploying strategic initiatives to achieve TA priorities and ensure closure of positions.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of recruitment experience in the BPO space and volume hiring, with a proven track record of success in managing recruitment drives independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in deploying strategic initiatives to achieve TA priorities and ensure closure of positions.
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment delivery process.
  • Lead and oversee the day-to-day execution of hiring, including hands-on management of critical positions.
  • Conduct assurance audits to ensure SLAs and quality targets are met.
  • Track, measure and achieve defined metrics specific to TA.
  • Work with hiring managers to understand job briefing regarding open requirements and handle escalations.
  • Identify improvements to processes for optimal service delivery.
  • Responsible for day-to-day management of direct reports, their development, and growth in the function.
  • Increase recruitment efficiency and meet SLAs as per TAT.
  • Ensure compliance to SLAs and meet quality targets.
  • Build sustainable relationships with internal stakeholders as seen through IVOC/stakeholder feedback.
  • On-time and accurate tracking and publishing of key HR metrics.
  • Process Improvement.
  • People Engagement and Development - Retention, development, and succession planning for own team.
  • Experienced in managing clients, teams, and hiring vendors for bulk/mass hiring.
  • Responsible for managing recruitment drives independently.
  • Strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to think innovatively for strategies to address open positions.
  • Guide and mentor team members through the entire external candidate process – sourcing and screening.
