As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work closely with hiring managers and team leaders to understand their hiring needs, develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, and build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned recruitment professional to make a real impact on our business.
Main Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition: Provide seamless end-to-end talent acquisition, ensuring the attraction and recruitment of quality people for Bupa. Duties include taking a job brief, writing and posting job ads, screening, identifying candidates for talent pools, interviewing, background checking, providing candidate and hiring manager feedback, and the full back-end process (offers, contract generation, and onboarding).
- Proactive Approach: Adopt a proactive approach to talent acquisition, including but not limited to LinkedIn Proactive Sourcing, Seek Talent Search, leveraging talent pools and talent pipelines, referral networks, and many more.
- Stakeholder Management: Partnering with line managers and other internal customers, educating them to ensure that the talent acquisition process is known, respected, and utilized.
- Candidate Management: Managing candidates in our ATS Avature and always ensuring candidates are updated in a timely manner.
- Data Analysis: Compilation, analysis, and communication of data for the purpose of reporting and diagnosis of talent acquisition challenges and opportunities.
