Learning and Development Professional

We are seeking an accomplished Learning and Development Manager to spearhead the design and delivery of enterprise-wide learning experiences that drive performance, build core capability, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic and people-focused professional to lead a small team, manage our Learning Management System (LMS), and shape onboarding and compliance training across the organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our enterprise learning strategy, designing and delivering blended learning programs aligned to business priorities, managing and optimising our LMS, ensuring content is current, accessible, and engaging.

In this role, you will oversee compliance and mandatory training, ensuring legal and internal standards are met, design structured onboarding experiences that drive early engagement and performance, and use data and AI-driven insights to continuously improve learning outcomes.

You will partner with internal stakeholders and external experts to co-design impactful learning solutions, coach and develop a high-performing team of learning professionals, and stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

This is a critical position within our organisation, requiring a collaborative and customer-focused approach, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end learning consulting and instructional design
  • A strong background in compliance, and capability development
  • Proficiency in LMS administration and AI-enhanced learning tools
